Good morning everybody and merry Christmas eve! I finally arrived at home in Hamburg. We spend the day yesterday wrapping some more presents, decorating the tree and getting the Christmas goose from our local supermarket.
Decorating the Christmas tree is my duty for a few years now, so my family waited for me to arrive until decorating the tree. It’s the most festive and relaxing time to have a Christmas film in the background and getting all the baubles and garlands we had since we were little out of a huge, dusty box, my dad and I start to discuss how the fairy lights should go on the tree while my dad accidentally breaks a bauble.
We have our own little snow winter wonderland at the top of the fireplace with a little village scene and a advent calendar garland hanging underneath. It’s one of my fave parts of the living room at Christmas.
I wish you the best Christmas eve, with lot’s of food, people you love and festivity! I can’t believe tomorrow is going to be the last Blogmas Day post for 2017. December flew by so fast, but I’m really looking forward to the next couple of days and enjoying the festive days to the fullest!
