Studying, Pizza and looking for presents | Blogmas Day 15

Hello everyone, hope you are well and enjoying your weekend! On yesterdays note, there wasn’t actually a lot I did which was alright and nice to have a bit of a relaxed Friday.

I started my morning with studying danish. I have a danish exam left on Monday and it is basically the end of the course, so I’m actually excited to find out how much I learned in the past couple of months. I mentioned as part of my 2017 resolutions that I wanted to study danish this year and maybe attend a Clerkship or Elective Programm in Denmark in the future and I’m very pleased with my self that I stuck to this goal.

After studying for a couple of hours I went on a little freezing run in my favourite park in Vienna which is called Türkenschanzpark. There is the cutest little Christmasmarket just at the parks entrance so I had a little walk through that as well!

I then went home and got ready for Uni. We had a lecture like seminar about digestive tract and some of it’s pathology which was alright but nothing we haven’t heard of in the past.

I still have to buy some of my Christmas presents, so I decided to go to the city centre. It was crowed and quite stressful for a calm shopping afternoon, which was a shame! And of course, I had to take a few photos of some of my favourite corners in the city while walking to the main shopping street!

In the evening I met with one of my dear friends who I haven’t seen for a while and we went to L’Osteria to have some ginormous delicious Pizzas!

I went home pretty late and I fancied watching a film and it ended up being Before we Go. I never had heard about it and found it on Amazon Prime, so I gave it a go. It was a nice watch for that kind of lazy, stuffed full of Pizza night but nothing I would watch again.

Tomorrow my friend and I are going to have a nice little winter walk on Kahlenberg which is a small hill in the forrest of Vienna. It’s our December tradition since we moved here, so I’m really excited for that!
